Instruction to mindfulness meditation 

Daily meditation helps to cope with different physical and mental challenges.

Ani Könchog Lhamo is ordained nun in Tibetan-Buddhist tradition, and is an educated psychologist. She has practiced Buddhism for over 30 years and has Pema Chödrön, Tsoknyi Rinpoche and B. Alan Wallace as her teachers. Ani has long experience from meditation- and silent retreats from Norway and abroad. 




Friday night:

20-21: 30 Introduction, meditation instructions





07:00 - 08:00 Sitting and walking meditation

08:00 Breakfast

10:00 Conversation and meditation (sitting and walking)

12:30 Lunch

15:00 Gathering, hiking,

16:00 Tea / coffee

16:30 - 19:00 Meditation (sitting and walking) and conversation

19:00 Dinner

20:30 - 21:30 Evening meditation and body scan.



Sunday: As Saturday. Ending around 17:00, after feedback



Karmayoga: Sharing the practical tasks is a common part of a retreat, and tasks are handed out (sweeping floors, cleaning after meal, meal preparation etc.), and will take about half an hour each day.



Price for the whole weekend including all meals and accommodation in shared room: 2,980, -

Price for the whole weekend including all meals and overnight stay in single room / cabin: 3,380, -

Renting duvet, sheet and linen: 200,-
