The course runs over three days and is intended for beginners or participants with some experience.

 

Preliminary program:

 

Day 1

Arrival at Finnskogen retreat

Information about the program

Introduction to mindfulness meditation and the techniques we will be using.

Meals

End of day at 22:00

 

Day 2

Wake up at 6am

Meditations in various formats.

Leisure time

3 meals

End of day at 22:00

 

Day 3

Wake up at 6am

Meditation

2 meals

We come out of silence 12:00

End of course 14:00

 

Before we enter silence we put away our phones. Nor should we read, write or draw during silence.

We avoid all forms of communication - both eye contact and greeting each other.

Nicotine, snuff, alcohol and other drugs will not be accepted during the retreat.

The food is adapted to the activity, ie easily digestible. If you have special dietary needs, please contact us and we will see if we have the opportunity to meet your needs.
