Yin Yoga Retreat

Welcome to a weekend of Yin Yoga, meditation and relaxation in peaceful, scenic surroundings at Finnskogen in Hedmark July 24-26. 


“Yin Yoga is a soft and calm practice that brings yoga back to its meditative roots. It focuses on creating free flow through the body's connective tissue and energy pathways, increased body movement, mobilization and strength in joints and ligaments. Yin yoga is part of mindful yoga, something we all need to calm down and let go of the stress and thoughts of today's society that is growing faster and faster"

The retreat is held by Espen Nordbekk from Løten, who has practiced Hatha yoga, meditation and Yoga Nidra since 2014. He has basic education in Yin yoga from the Yin Yang Yoga Academy by Ina Løvdal (2019), and Healing Massage Course from Axelsons by Hans Axelson (2017). Espen has also held courses and workshops in plant-based cooking since 2015. The retreat lasts from Friday to Sunday, and includes; 2 nights, 5 yoga sessions and 6 meals. Plant-based (vegan) retreat food is served, and we take into account any allergies.
